Quiet Noise
This was another wet and cold morning. The forecast looked promising regardless of what seemed like unpleasant conditions. Luckily, there was very little wind as such which made it more tolerable.
It was a long drive in the early hours of the morning to get to my destination which was Toorongo Falls in Victoria. On arrival, I still needed to hike along the creek which at this stage was roaring out of what seemed to be a tropical rainforest. It had been raining a lot the week leading up to today so I really should have expected these conditions.
The roar of cascading water at times was so loud it made me think twice if this was such a good idea. Yes, it was noisy as the water thundered around and over the boulders in the creek. But yet ………………….. I still found it peaceful.
