After a 90 minute drive, the temperature gauge was showing 0 degrees when I finally arrived at my location in Berrima, just before light. I was hopeful of a little mist or fog so I was quite keen to get organised and head off to the river. It was a short and easy walk and even though I was rugged up, my nose and lips felt like they were about to drop off.

Needless to say, I was in a hurry to score my first image of the morning. I was fortunate enough to find a little mist hovering over the river and it was just enough to give this scene a little atmosphere. Now where is that hot thermos of coffee !
