Freaky Tree

Driving back from the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, I kept passing these trees which grabbed my attention. I’d never seen them before.

Their branches seemed to have a life of their own as they grew out in all directions from the trees' numerous trunks.

I spotted this somewhat milder version in Apollo Bay where I spent a few nights. I kept referring to it as the "Freaky Tree". They are a rough, rugged yet spectacular to look at. Very much like the coastline along the Great Ocean Road.
