Uluru and Kata Juta

Each time I visit Uluru, I have the same spiritual experience. There is something very, very special about it that no photograph ( or at least none of mine ) can capture. To take your time to walk around the base of Uluru is worth doing if you haven’t done so already.

As I walked around it, part of Uluru reminded me of a whale’s head especially when I saw the “eye” that’s been eroded on the side of the rock ( bottom right corner).

As you approach Uluru (especially for the first time),you will know what I mean when I refer to it as spiritual. In this image, I was fortunate enough to be able to capture Kata Juta in the background. This is another special place to visit.

We’re so fortunate to live in this country.
